General Terms

superbaij (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "the Company") operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement applicable between any user of the platform and superbaij.

Where these terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation. We may revise these terms from time to time and it is your responsibility to regularly check the latest version.

Account Registration

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. superbaij will not bear responsibility for any loss arising from negligence in protecting your account.

Age Limit and Eligibility

To be eligible to open an account and play on the superbaij platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are of sound mind and are opening the account of your own free will.
• You are playing with your own money — playing on behalf of another person or with another person's money is prohibited.
• You are not a resident of any area where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

superbaij takes active steps to protect minors from gaming. If we determine that an account holder is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on superbaij is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Your account must be fully verified before making a deposit.
• The deposit must come from your own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
• If fraud is suspected, superbaij reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

superbaij offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must place total bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.

• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• Wagering contributions may differ across certain games — see game-specific terms for details.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while playing with bonus funds.
• If real funds are withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

superbaij's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other dishonest method to gain bonus benefits will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

Gaming Rules

All games on superbaij are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules must be followed to participate in the games available on the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game or exploiting any technical error is prohibited.
• Any attempt to interfere with the gaming software or system will result in account cancellation.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, superbaij may consider that game void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded, but any potential winnings cannot be claimed.

6.3 Game Limits

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superbaij platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account in another person's name.

Account Suspension and Closure

superbaij reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a law enforcement agency or court order.

8.2 User Rights
